Please Note: Students are required to pass a school exam upon completion of their coursework. Exams will be taken online with a chosen disinterested 3rd party proctor who is to be present at the time of testing and must be approved by the school.

Take courses online at your leisure. Once you have completed your coursework, you will take your exam online with a Proctor (must be approved by Barney Fletcher Schools). Barney Fletcher Schools will submit your credits to the Georgia Real Estate Commission the next business day following successful exam completion.

Georgia Post-License Course for New Agents is intended to be completed within the first year of licensure. This course covers a wide variety of topics ranging from the anatomy of a transaction, goal setting, listings, purchase and sale agreements, and presenting offers, to agency, fair housing law, real estate fraud, transitioning from residential to commercial real estate, RESPA, TILA, TRID, Georgia Real Estate Law, and Code of Ethics.
