Barney Fletcher Schools offers a variety of online and CD-ROM based commercial real estate postlicense and continuing education courses through JMRE, Inc., the oldest provider of commercial computer-based real estate courses in the Southeast. The courses have been written by Juanita Motley, CCIM, who has extensive experience in commercial real estate site selection, sales, and development.

Juanita Motley has instructed numerous Barney Fletcher Schools classroom commercial real estate courses. In JMRE courses, you will read a number of modules and complete various exercises designed to help you master new knowledge and skills in the challenging and exciting world of commercial real estate. Barney Fletcher Schools offers a unique suite of real estate continuing education courses provided through 360training, based in Austin, Texas. 360training is a designer of e-Learning programs for the real estate, insurance, financial services and safety industries.

In our 360training courses, you will learn principles and practices of real estate through a combination of audio and video presentations, textual instruction, multiple-choice questions, and matching exercises. 360training courses are offered only in an online, internet-based format.

RE Campus (RE)

By taking a course through Barney Fletcher Schools and REcampus, you will have access to online continuing education courses. REcampus is the online division of Dearborn Real Estate Education, the oldest and largest publisher of real estate education training materials. Each course features lively reading material and five types of interactive exercises, as well as easy-to-use quizzes and unit exams. The interactive exercises - from labeling to matching to matrix and more - reinforce key concepts and help you with material retention, while the generalized study plan allows you to monitor your progress through the course.
