If you do not pass the course final examination, Barney Fletcher Schools will provide you at no charge an opportunity to pass a second, separate examination. You must score a minimum of 75% correct to pass the second examination. If you do not pass the second exam, the Commission requires that you retake the course a second time. The school will provide you a discount for the second course, or you may enroll in a classroom course (when available) at no charge up to one year of taking your second test.

Credit for Duplicate Courses

Commission and Board regulations state that a real estate licensee or licensed appraiser who has successfully completed an approved continuing education course to meet any part of the continuing education requirement may not repeat that course for credit unless one full year has passed since the completion of the course.

Barney Fletcher Schools requires that you complete any course within one year of your enrollment date. The school may grant an extension for a student who experiences unforeseen hardship or difficulty in completing the course within that time. You must contact a course administrator to request an extension of your course. The school and/or the course provider may require a fee to extend your course completion deadline. In order for you to retain knowledge and pass course examinations, the school recommends that you complete the course requirements as soon as possible.
