Barney Fletcher Schools continues to be the exclusive Georgia provider of the ABR Designation Series, as well as one of the few places you can complete The Appraisal Series.

ABR Designation

Barney Fletcher Schools is proud to be Georgia’s Exclusive proprietary provider of the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council’s (REBAC) training program, which leads to the prestigious Accredited Buyer’s Representation (ABR) Designation. REBAC is a solely owned subsidiary of the National Association of REALTORS.

The ABR series will make you an expert in buyer representation at the same time you are earning an important professional designation and continuing education credit as well.

The ABR Series consists of four modules: "Understanding Agency- Theory and Practice," "Service Delivery," "Marketing and Promotion," and "Relocation and Office Policy." These programs cover all aspects of buyer representation including service delivery, strategy and negotiation, disclosure and informed consent, molding client expectations, reducing liability, obtaining agency commitments and establishing policies and procedures. The course will also teach you how to capitalize on the ABR designation.

Appraisal Designation

Another option in our successful Designation Series is to get your appraiser's certification while getting your continuing education credit. There are four types of appraisers, all must be certified, but the level of certification depends on the amount of education and experience you have.

The four levels of appraisal licensing are:

• Registered Appraiser
• Licensed Appraiser
• Certified Residential Appraiser
• Certified General Appraiser
