Commercial Ground Rules
This dynamic new course offers great information on listing presentations and forms, commercial loans, relating current trends to the industry, and a thorough understanding of lien laws and how they can protect your commission! The course also satisfies six hours of the Commercial Real Estate Professional (C-REP) Designation offered by Real Estate Professionals Society (REPS).
Commercial Land Acquisitions
This course will introduce you to the interesting arena of land, and also affords credit towards your CREP designation. Learn about investors, research, zoning, permits, and much, much more.
Commercial Leasing
This course offers you information on the different categories of leases, retail, ground, office and industrial leases, lease clauses, and how to represent clients.
Commercial Negotiation and Terminology
This course helps you to prepare and fully understand the art of negotions. You are taught how to understand body language, how body language is critical in negotiations, common tactics and strategies, and how to prepare for a negotiation.
