ABR - Accredited Buyer Representative - Designation Courses
The most popular designation program in real estate is ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative). Whether you want to be a buyer specialist, or just want information on handling buyers, Barney Fletcher Schools has a program for you.
The ABR Designation is the most prestigious buyer representation designation in the industry. It is granted by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC), a solely owned subsidiary of the National Association of Realtors. Barney Fletcher Schools has been offering this designation in Georgia longer than any other school - over 10 years.
The education qualification for the ABR is the completion of two courses:
- The 2-day "Accredited Buyer Representation" course and
- A 1-day course chosen from one of the following five (5) courses:
- "Successful New Home Representation"
- "Land 101" (2 Days)
- "WCR's Effective Negotiation for Real Estate Professionals"
Additionally, a candidate for the designation must provide evidence of practical experience as a buyer representative and be a member in good standing of REBAC – your REBAC membership is included with your course tuition at no additional fee.
Course Benefits:
Without question, no other course enrollment provides so many benefits to the student. Your enrollment in, and subsequent completion of, the 2-course ABR designation program affords you with extensive, valuable benefits:
