Internet Explorer:

1. At the top of the browser, look for the "View" Menu. If you find it, skip step 2 and go to step 3.
2. (If the "View" Menu is not visible) Click the "Tools" Menu, then click the "Menu Option" item. Your "View" Menu will now be visible.
3. Click the "View" Menu, then click the "Text Size" menu. When the slideout appears, set your text size to "Medium."

Firefox:

To decrease the text size in the Firefox browser, hold down the "Ctrl" key and simultaneously press the "-" sign on your numeric keypad. Depending on your settings, you may need to repeat this process. As an alternative, you can click the "View" Menu, then click the "Text Size" menu. You can decrease your font size by clicking the "Decrease" menu option
